• Print the completed form

• Before printing, you may want to proof or make changes to your application.
  
• Print out this completed entry form page - you'll be sending this in as part of your application.
  
• Send us the signed printout, a copy of your film, a still photo, and the fee, all in one package.
  
• Please submit your film on a clearly labeled 1/2" (VHS) video cassette (NTSC) or DVD (best choice) (No PAL).
  
• Remember to sign your printed entry form
  
• If paying by credit card, don't forget to enclose the Credit Card Authorization pdf
  
• Submissions are non-returnable unless accompanied by a SASE

The late deadline for all films is

The extended deadline for Withoutabox members is

Entry Fees:

The early deadline fee is $35.00

Entry fees are payable by check, money order, or credit card
and are non-refundable.

If paying by credit card, please complete our Credit Card Authorization pdf. The Dixie Film Festival can not accept bank transfers or western union wires. Foreign entry fees should be drawn on travelers checks in U.S. dollars, or international money orders in U.S. dollars, or cash.

The Dixie Film Festival films will be selected by the festival programmers. All film selections will be posted on our website during the fourth week of November.

If a film is accepted, entrants will be solely responsible for delivering their exhibition print/video materials to and from the festival venue. Complete press kits will be needed as soon after notification as possible. Dixie Fest can not be held liable for your exhibition print/video materials which are lost or damaged.

*If your film wins either category, you are required to mention that fact in posters and other promotional material if and when the film gets distribution.

Seeing this is a (one day) festival we expect a large turnout.  Upon acceptance of your film, you may have the opportunity to sell your video materials at the screening, however this solely rests upon the decision of festival programmers after they've spoken with you.

Please note festival dates are subject to change.

Unfortunately Dixie Fest does not provide room, board or travel for filmmakers, but we will treat you like family.

Right To Enter

Entrants warrant that they have the legal right to enter film work to The Dixie Film Festival.
