Laughing Gas Productions & Fighting Amish Entertainment presents the Dixie Film Festival.   Dixie is making its landing in Atlanta, GA for its 2nd Annual festival season in October of 2005.  The two-day film festival will showcase the top films in their competition division and conclude with the Best of the Best and the awards for the Best categories .  Films will run throughout the evening and vendor and exhibit booths will be available for the event.  Special recognition of law enforcement agencies will take place during the festivities.

DIXIE FEST 2005

The Dixie Film Festival is accepting films for the The Independent Film Competition to be held in the fall of 2005.  Nine Awards will be given out Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, Best Law Enforcement Film (short or feature) Best Comedy, Best Drama. Best Animation, Best Action/Adventure, Best Horror, and Best Foreign Film.   For more information about the competition and the submission rules click on the links on the navigation bar above.

This willl be the 2nd annual Dixie Film Festival and we are currently accepting films in all genres and niches. Although one of our categories is "Law Enforcement" related our other categories are open to all types of films. We strive to allow the independent and unheard film maker have an opportunity to showcase their projects before a thriving film community.
